Role & Responsibilities:

Project Planning:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.

Team Leadership:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and effective communication.

Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal performance.

Budget Oversight:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Identify and mitigate budgetary risks to prevent cost overruns.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Proactively address issues and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain open and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits governing wind energy projects.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies as necessary.

Project Documentation:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and lessons learned.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
- Ensure that all project activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to minimize workplace incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management with relevant Certification.
- Proven experience managing wind energy projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
