Role & Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management

• Coordinate and oversee the receiving, ordering, assembling, and shipping of goods.
• Use space and equipment effectively while meeting quality, budget, and environmental goals.
• Manage the use of automated and computer systems when needed.
• Keep stock control systems updated and ensure accurate inventory.
• Plan for future capacity needs.
• Maintain health and safety, hygiene, and security standards in the workplace, ensuring safe storage of items like chemicals and food.
• Oversee the scheduled maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
• Manage the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and automated storage systems when necessary.

2. Communication and Coordination

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.

3. Staff Management and Development

• Organize staff recruitment and training, and monitor their performance.
• Motivate and encourage teamwork among employees to meet or exceed productivity targets.
• Create regular reports and statistics daily, weekly, and monthly.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the industrial sector, handling a diverse range of products and SKUs.
• Proficient understanding of supply chain, material management, warehouse management, logistics, and related areas.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and effective time management capabilities.
• Familiarity with applicable computer systems, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
