Warehouse Specialist (Long An)

The Company: Our client is an iconic brand in the manufacturing sector, with long-standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage the incoming and outgoing materials in the warehouse efficiently to ensure smooth production operations.
• Oversee the daily management of warehouse materials and semi-finished products, promptly addressing any abnormal events.
• Develop work plans based on the receiving and issuing status, summarize and analyze work-related issues, and implement improvements.
• Conduct quarterly inventory checks of goods and equipment to ensure consistency between records and physical materials.
• Report regularly to the manager on the status of scrap and slow-moving finished products, providing recommendations to prevent dead stock.

Qualifications:

• Educational background: High school diploma, College, University with basic English proficiency; strong spoken English skills are preferable.
• Experience: From 3 years experience in warehouse management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong MBO mindset, and a keen sense of security.
