The Company: A leading MNC company is seeking a warehouse manager who plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the storage, receipt, and dispatch of goods within our facility. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the supply chain. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, processes, and systems to guarantee timely dispatch and accurate receipt of materials, all while meeting productivity and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Ensure efficient space utilization and optimal use of equipment, aligning with budget and environmental goals.
• Keep up-to-date inventory records, ensuring stock accuracy and system integration for seamless operations.
• Lead warehouse team recruitment, training, and performance management to foster productivity and teamwork.
• Generate and present operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep leadership informed.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, especially when handling sensitive materials.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse machinery and equipment.
• Ensure the integration and efficient functioning of automated systems and warehouse management software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills. Good English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.
