The Company: Our client is an iconic Industrial brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence in Vietnam.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in the early-stage project NPI (New Product Introduction) by formulating plans for design, testing, and mass production delivery. Oversee project coordination, schedule management, and risk control. Lead the completion of project experience summary reports.
• Progress Reporting: Regularly report on project progress to various departments, coordinate resources across departments, and manage product feedback. Address and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with relevant departments to meet customer expectations.
• Project Leadership: Lead the introduction of new projects and the validation of new processes.
• Process Standardization: Develop and refine departmental standardization process documentation, ensuring their implementation and adherence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor packaging, with a strong understanding of semiconductor packaging processes and techniques.
• Fluent in spoken Chinese & English.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
