About The Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of electrical products through rigorous testing and evaluation at the EMC & Electrical Laboratory. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in Chinese to facilitate seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Testing
  • Conduct accurate measurements and tests on electrical products in the EMC & Electrical Laboratory.
  • Ensure all tests are carried out in strict compliance with applicable procedures and standards.
  • Deliver results that meet client requirements within the scheduled timeline.
• Project Management
  • Coordinate technical meetings and maintain clear communication with customers, including Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Conduct project evaluations, including scope assessment, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive test reports to customers and stakeholders.
• Equipment Calibration & Maintenance
  • Perform regular calibration and maintenance of EMC and electrical testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Additional Assignments
  • Execute special assignments as instructed by the direct superior, including tasks outside the routine scope.
  • Collaborate with other teams or departments as necessary to support project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in EMC testing, electrical testing, or similar fields is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical testing procedures, standards, and tools.
• Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
