About The Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of electrical products through rigorous testing and evaluation at the EMC & Electrical Laboratory. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in Chinese to facilitate seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Testing
- Conduct accurate measurements and tests on electrical products in the EMC & Electrical Laboratory.
- Ensure all tests are carried out in strict compliance with applicable procedures and standards.
- Deliver results that meet client requirements within the scheduled timeline.
- Project Management
- Coordinate technical meetings and maintain clear communication with customers, including Chinese-speaking clients.
- Conduct project evaluations, including scope assessment, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive test reports to customers and stakeholders.
- Equipment Calibration & Maintenance
- Perform regular calibration and maintenance of EMC and electrical testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Additional Assignments
- Execute special assignments as instructed by the direct superior, including tasks outside the routine scope.
- Collaborate with other teams or departments as necessary to support project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in EMC testing, electrical testing, or similar fields is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical testing procedures, standards, and tools.
- Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
