About the Role: The Technical Manager will oversee the technical aspects of furniture production, ensuring high-quality standards, efficient processes, and innovative solutions.
Reports To: Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of furniture design and manufacturing.
• Ensure products meet industry standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new furniture products from concept to production.
• Review and approve technical drawings, prototypes, and final products.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical staff, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in the furniture industry, with a focus on technical management.
• Strong knowledge of furniture design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
