You will directly report to the Head of HR and will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of staffing strategies for the company. Leading a team of recruiters, you’ll offer coaching, development, and assessment to ensure their effectiveness. Additionally, you’ll personally handle full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing and pre-screening candidates, and managing candidate tracking in the applicant tracking system.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a dispersed team of recruitment professionals to source and acquire top talent to meet contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team and business leaders to enhance and implement highly productive, results-oriented recruitment strategies for domestic, regional, and international hiring.
• Partner with Senior Managers/Directors of Recruiting to establish efficient workforce planning processes, staffing reports, and metrics.
• Coordinate with regional and site HR Managers to deliver seamless recruitment services to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of recruiting metrics and performance, generating monthly and quarterly reports for review.
• Offer direct expertise in recruiting and sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, overseeing and monitoring the internal applicant tracking system to ensure proper candidate tracking and disposition.
• Cultivate a robust network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring opportunities.
• Provide continuous support, coaching, and development to recruiters in sourcing, screening, matching, and closing candidates.
• Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this TA Manager role, you must possess excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Five to seven years of relevant work experience, preferably in a related industry
• Five years supervisory management/recruiting experience
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more personnel
• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training
