Role & Responsibilities:
• Process Development: Design, develop, and optimize sputtering processes for thin-film deposition in semiconductor manufacturing, ensuring high-quality and reliable production outcomes.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve sputtering processes by analyzing data, conducting experiments, and implementing modifications to enhance efficiency, yield, and product performance.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of sputtering equipment, including troubleshooting, calibration, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.
• Material Characterization: Collaborate with materials scientists and engineers to evaluate and select appropriate target materials, ensuring compatibility with sputtering processes and desired film properties.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor process control strategies to maintain consistent product quality, conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to align sputtering processes with overall production goals and timelines.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed process documentation, including process recipes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and experimental reports to support process reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all sputtering processes adhere to industry safety standards and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and compliant workplace
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of process development, data analysis, and equipment management.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
