Role & Responsibilities:

• Support project activities, including training sessions and routine client visits.
• Carry out projects at different sites according to established protocols.
• Engage with clients regularly to address their technical questions.
• Perform thorough site inspections and relay feedback to the technical manager.
• Modify drawings and layouts as needed based on actual site conditions.
• Provide consistent visit reports and manage tools, ensuring they are maintained and accounted for.
• Supervise the entire project process from initial planning to final completion, enforcing quality standards.
• Conduct frequent site inspections to detect and resolve any issues throughout the project stages.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a site supervisor or technical consultant within the piping/plumbing industry..
• Language: Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Software: Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is a plus.
• Networking: Strong connections with contractors, sub-contractors, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
