Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development:
- Identify and target potential clients within industrial sectors for maintenance service contracts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct site visits, assessments, and consultations to propose tailored maintenance solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to meet customer expectations.
- Technical Collaboration:
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure service quality and efficiency.
- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Support after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report sales metrics, market feedback, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in maintenance services or industrial equipment.
- Experience in selling maintenance contracts or technical solutions is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of industrial equipment and services.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Fluency in English.
