Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote industrial service solutions, including condition monitoring, asset reliability, and maintenance services.
- Identify potential customers and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as manufacturing, energy, and heavy machinery.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of service solutions.
- Provide consultation and recommendations to customers on predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize service offerings based on client needs.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the service business.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering).
- Professional Experience:
- 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the industrial services sector.
- Expertise in technical sales and consultancy, with a deep understanding of maintenance, reliability practices, and related solutions (products and services).
- Familiarity with various business models, including end-user, OEM, and distribution channels.
- Strong leadership and business acumen, with excellent communication and networking skills, skilled in negotiating, driving change, and using SAP to manage projects and execute strategies.
