With a strong presence in manufacturing and quality control, they are expanding their operations in Vietnam and seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen key client relationships in Hanoi.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s market share in Vietnam.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, manufacturing, and research sectors.
- Drive both direct sales and channel sales, collaborating with distributors and key customers.
- Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide consultative solutions based on customer needs, delivering value-driven sales approaches.
- Work closely with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Market Insights
- Oversee sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring clear business tracking.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align sales efforts with corporate objectives.
- Team Leadership & Partner Development
- Manage and support the sales team, ensuring effective performance and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial solutions, or technical products.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and deliver strong business growth.
- Experience working with clients in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking and sales execution abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English.
