Responsibility:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve goals and grow market share.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to meet targets.
• Understand and communicate product benefits effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance.
• Work with marketing, R&D, and production teams.
• Ensure sales activities comply with regulations and policies.
• Gather and use feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Industry.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Sales field, especially in Meat Processing.
• Strong leadership
• Fluent in English
