Role & Responsibilities:
An integral member of their sales team, this individual will have extensive leverage to establish sales capabilities within their organization in a position of Senior Sales Engineer.
You will be responsible for:

Provide comprehensive technical information, guidance, and product recommendations to meet customer requirements and support the sales process.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the building industry.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals, conduct technical presentations, and deliver compelling value propositions to win new business opportunities.

Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Develop an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio, including materials, specifications, and features.

Take ownership of sales targets, develop strategic sales plans, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue goals.

Collaborate with the sales team, product managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, knowledge sharing, and coordination of sales efforts. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to support product development and marketing initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software. Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
- Extensive experience in sales engineering with extended network within Design Consultant and Contractors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent technical and product knowledge of specifications, and installation practices.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills, with a consultative sales approach.
