Role & Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute solution-based sales strategies, focusing on industrial process optimization and automation technologies.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including executives and technical leaders, to drive business growth.
- Achieve sales targets by managing key accounts and identifying new opportunities in the industrial sector.
- Solution Consultation & Proposal Management
- Assess customer requirements and provide customized automation and process improvement solutions.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and address technical challenges effectively.
- Lead sales presentations and proposal clarifications to demonstrate value propositions to potential clients.
- Market Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams to enhance service offerings and market positioning.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Contribute to business growth by providing market intelligence and strategic insights.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in solution sales, automation systems, or process optimization.
- Strong background in selling industrial digitalization, control systems, or advanced manufacturing solutions.
- Experience in working with industries such as energy, chemicals, or high-tech manufacturing is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in identifying process optimization opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new automation technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage.
