Senior Quality Manager (Garment/Apparel - Cambodia)

The Company: Our client is an international manufacturer with global presence. The company provide excellent working environment with full empowerment to strong leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Oversight: Oversee all quality assurance and control processes within the factory, aligning them with customer specifications, upgrading systems, and planning manpower as required. Monitor monthly QC performance, including returns, claims, and audit results. Implement CAPs as necessary.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and evaluate the QA department’s performance. Encourage the growth of subordinates to ensure they adapt to changing needs and maintain integrity and ethical standards.
• Audit and Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets internal and external audit requirements. Foster strong relationships with clients to address quality concerns and prevent claims.
• Cost & Resource Management: Manage the department’s budget, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation. Supervise hiring, workload, and team development to ensure operational efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance product quality. Collaborate with management to set long-term quality goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
• Strong experience in garment/textile/apparel quality management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of production, quality control, and process improvement.
• Proficient in manufacturing software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
