Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the building materials sector.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage the sales process for large-scale construction projects, from lead generation to project completion. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and developing new connections within the construction and real estate development sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key project developers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities. Provide insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales team members, providing support and direction to meet team goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project sales, business development, or account management within the building materials industry in Philippines.
- Network: Extensive network of contacts with project developers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry in Philippines.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring a team.
