Role & Responsibilities:
An integral member of their leadership team, this individual will have extensive leverage to establish world class sales capabilities within their organization as a progressive individual in a position of Senior Project Sales Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets in projects sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the construction industry
- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales plans
- Work with architects and contractors, and other industry professionals to identify opportunities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge of building materials and construction methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
