Senior Project Management Engineer (TPM)

The Company: Our client is a Chinese technology company that specializes in the design and manufacturing of cables, connectors, and other electronic components. It is a major supplier for several high-profile tech companies, including Apple, and plays a significant role in the supply chain for products like ICT, medical and other consumer electronics

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical projects related to the manufacturing of medical products, including PCBA injection molding, and PCB encapsulation.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and production, to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including management and clients.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and making recommendations for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 + years of experience in project management, particularly in the medical device manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with medical products and manufacturing processes, including PCBA injection molding, and PCB encapsulation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to read technical reports in English and communicate effectively in a simple manner. Chinese speaking is a plus
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
