Role & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product strategy for our SaaS offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver market-leading solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive the company’s growth. You will have the opportunity to shape the roadmap, prioritize features, and drive the successful delivery of products that will revolutionize our industry.
You will be responsible for:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our SaaS products, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify customer pain points, market opportunities, and product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to align on product priorities, feature development, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering team during the development process.
• Drive the product development lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancements.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and customer success.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models within B2B/enterprise solution product.
• Ideally experienced in developing or managing HR/LMS or finance software solutions with proficiency in JIRA & Confluence as well as FIGMA & Figjam.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for technology and a strong customer-centric mindset.
