The Company: Our client is an iconic fast-growing technology company focused on delivering innovative and user-centered mobile applications to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Apply your expertise in user-centered design principles to create visually stunning, intuitive, and functional designs that solve real user problems.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, create user flows, and iterate on design solutions.
• Create interactive prototypes, conduct user testing, and incorporate feedback to refine designs in the healthcare ecosystem.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across the product and team.
• Use data and analytics to inform design decisions, test hypotheses, and measure the impact of design changes on user experience and business outcomes.
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, including executives, and collaborate to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in mobile application design (iOS/Android).
• Expertise in mobile design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other industry-standard software.
• Strong proficiency in visual design, interaction design, and UX/UI best practices.
• Experience in prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io) and conducting user research and usability testing to validate designs.
• Excellent in English
