Senior Operations Director

The Company: Our client is one of the leaders in the E-com sector, helping brands and retailers become more successful in Vietnam and SEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and management for the Supply Chain & Logistics Department and Customer Service Department.
Develop annual workplan and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for Supply Chain, Logistics & 3PL, and Customer Service.
Set up monthly performance benchmarks for Supply Chain, Logistics & 3PL, and Customer Service.
Develop action plans with line managers to achieve performance benchmarks. Monitor and take proactive steps to adjust action plans to ensure the highest chance of success.
Set up P&L and budget for Supply Chain & Logistics Department and Customer Service Department.
Develop action plans with line managers to optimize P&L and budget. Monitor billing and analyze trends to reduce operational cost.
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of supply planning, 3rd party warehouses’ operations, 3rd party transportation / last mile delivery operations and customer service.
Anticipate risks related to daily operations and take proactive actions to mitigate or eliminate the risks.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Ensure that teams are trained and able to comply with SOP.

Key Requirements:

At least 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years of experience in managing complex and dynamic operations in an Omni-channel distribution / eCommerce environment.
Excellent internal & external stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven track record to analyze and build optimization strategy for operational excellence
Strong focus on standardizing and simplifying processes, setting up operational principles, improve objectives and KPI, and train team members.
Analytical and able to utilize data and Business Intelligence to make informed decisions.
Strong bias for actions to achieve positive outcomes for business.
Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
