Senior NDT Inspector (Oil & Gas)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and quality assurance activities at onshore fabrication sites, offshore installation locations, or vendor facilities, ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and hook-up & commissioning of oil and gas facilities, ensuring adherence to QA/QC processes and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a source inspector for specific equipment/packages, ensuring inspection and testing are carried out according to specifications and standards.
- Evaluate and verify welding, NDT, and painting/coating processes in alignment with industry-recognized standards.
- Apply expertise in QA/QC regulations, data sheets, and standards, including AWS, ASME, BS EN, API, ASTM, DNV, NACE, ISA, ANSI, IEEE, and NEMA.
- Utilize knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 9000, ISO 9004, and ISO 10005, to ensure project quality management systems are effectively implemented.
- Provide technical support and guidance on quality assurance and quality control matters throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- A basic engineering degree with at least 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 10 years in offshore projects in a similar role.
- Familiarity with onshore and offshore fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities in oil and gas projects.
- At least five years of experience in inspection and testing of similar equipment.
- Possession of recognized welding, NDT, and painting certifications such as CSWIP, AWS, API, PCN, or NACE.
- Comprehensive understanding of QA/QC standards and regulations applicable to the industry.
