Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Identify and understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues that arise.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business goals and targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics/Business or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to travel as needed.
