Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Identify and understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues that arise.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business goals and targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics/Business or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
• Ability to travel as needed.
