About The Role: The primary responsibility of the Senior Application Engineer is to manage and execute technical support for mechanical equipment maintenance across a nationwide customer base. This role involves working closely with sales engineers to support the sales team and distributors. The engineer will provide technical solutions to industrial customers and conduct technical training sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Consultancy & Troubleshooting:
o Collaborate with customers to offer technical consultancy for mechanical equipment maintenance.
o Perform troubleshooting to identify root causes of failures.
• Training & Seminars:
o Conduct technical seminars and training sessions for customers.
• Reporting & Proposals:
o Prepare and present technical reports and solution proposals in both English and Vietnamese.
• Technical Solutions:
o Deliver technical solutions to industrial customers.
o Promote appropriate mechanical equipment products to customers.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in industrial heavy sectors such as Metal/Steel, Energy, Mining/Cement, and Power
• Solid technical knowledge of rotating equipment applications and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience and skills in maintaining industrial rotating equipment, with a willingness to work on-site.
• Ability to understand customers’ business needs and requirements.
• Strong planning, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, and disciplined working style.
• Teamwork abilities at local, regional, and area levels.
• Basic knowledge of key industries.
• Presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Good command of English and translation skills.
• Proficiency in using basic electronic literature and software (preferred)
