Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fabric market.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Present and promote fabric products to potential clients through effective sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring competitive pricing and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and showcase products.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, including forecasts and progress toward targets.
- Stay informed about industry developments, product innovations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or technical related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the fabric or textile industry.
- Strong understanding of fabric types, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
