Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and support the sales team to maximize performance, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contract terms.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics), Business or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
