Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in generator systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and negotiate proposals, tenders, and contracts.
- Technical Support and Solutions:
- Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable generator solutions for industrial sectors
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to customize solutions for clients.
- Project Management:
- Oversee project lifecycles, from initiation to execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and resolve technical and operational challenges during project implementation.
- Post-Sales Support:
- Ensure seamless commissioning of projects and provide training to clients on installed systems.
- Offer ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and project management, ideally in generator solution.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing technical projects.
- Strong understanding of generator systems.
- Knowledge of grid integration, load sizing, and energy storage solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.
