Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall sales operations across the TT/MT/Pet segments, ensuring effective coordination with the sales strategic support and trade marketing teams.
- Oversee and manage sales forecasts, logistics functions, and the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the general manager to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns aligned with the company’s marketing plan, driving business growth.
- Analyze market trends and results to forecast budget and gross-profit plans, while adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
- Conduct monthly sales performance reviews and meetings, ensuring all goals and KPIs are on track.
- Provide leadership and support to sales teams, ensuring smooth execution of marketing and sales operations.
- Develop internal training and coaching programs to build strong sales capabilities.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all sales and marketing strategies, along with business-critical information.
- Actively engage in new product development, innovation, and sales strategy initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Sales Management, particularly within the FMCG sector, with knowledge of the CLMV market being a plus.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Strong project management, budget oversight, and team leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English or Vietnamese (especially speaking).
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, adapt quickly to market changes, and drive team performance.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
