Role & Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, target segments, and potential growth areas within the real estate market.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.

Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of experienced real estate sales professionals.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive productivity and motivation.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction to enhance the company’s reputation.

Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and data to assess team and individual performance.
- Develop and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to the executive team.
- Implement sales technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Develop pricing and negotiation strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compliance and Legal Matters:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry laws and regulations and communicate them to the sales team.

Market Research and Innovation:
- Continuously assess market dynamics, consumer preferences, and emerging trends to adapt the sales approach accordingly.
- Identify new sales opportunities and innovative approaches to penetrate the real estate market.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of exceeding targets and leading successful sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and local regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-centric approach and dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and business development.
