Role & Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager for Water Systems focused on Commercial Building Applications, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding market presence. You will engage with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and end-users to promote our water system solutions tailored for commercial buildings.
• Market Development:
o Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial building sector.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
• Sales Strategy:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
o Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Customer Engagement:
o Provide technical support and presentations to customers, showcasing the benefits of our water system solutions.
o Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Project Management:
o Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Reporting:
o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
o Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the product development team.
• Compliance:
o Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in sales, preferably in the water systems focus on the commercial building sector.
• Strong knowledge of water systems and their applications in commercial buildings.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
