The Company: A leading industrial company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business development and sales activities in the assigned location, with the goal of achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts by aligning with Steam System initiatives and delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Manage the Process team for project , ensuring sales targets and financial goals are met consistently.
- Ensure a strong sales system with regular pipeline updates and performance tracking.
- Develop the team’s skills to improve performance and meet targets.
- Build trusted relationships with customers to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Enhance the company’s market reputation by identifying growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company values in all activities.
- Work closely with teams in regional to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Address customer issues and ensure smooth operations in assigned areas.
- Create a positive team culture and ensure the team is motivated and productive.
Qualifications:
- Must have: 6-10 years of experience in technical sales and managing teams.
- Degree in Engineering (Thermal, Chemical, or Production).
- Experience in selling Steam system, Pumps, Valves, Mechanical Seals, and Boilers.
- At least 5 years of experience working with EPC consultants/contractors.
- Strong technical acumen coupled with a strategic solution sales approach.
- Flexibility for travel as required.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, initiative, and superior communication and coordination prowess.
- Demonstrated self-drive, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in English.
