The Company: Our client is a leader in the field of machinery business, offering innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of industrial and commercial clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Vietnamese market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Focus on project-based sales, managing long sales cycles, and ensuring successful deal closures.
- Identify new markets and expand relationships within existing accounts.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders at client companies.
- Understand complex project requirements and provide tailored machinery solutions.
- Technical Sales Expertise:
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to offer comprehensive technical consultations.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that align with client needs.
- Project Management & Sales Coordination:
- Manage end-to-end sales processes for machinery projects, including bid proposals, negotiations, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and report insights to senior management.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and contribute to business planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5+ years in project sales within the industrial machinery or equipment sector.
- Deep understanding of the F&B, Pharma, or Chemical industries.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Availability for frequent travel to customer sites.
