About the role: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Building Material industry, with a focus on HVAC products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Building Material and HVAC sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with M&E contractors, investors, project developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Networking:
- Leverage existing industry networks and establish new connections to promote our products and services.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our Building Material Equipment and HVAC products.
- Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Communication:
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with international clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the Building Material and HVAC industry.
- Strong network within M&E contractors, investors, and project developers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
