Responsibility:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve goals and grow market share.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to meet targets.
- Understand and communicate product benefits effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
- Ensure sales activities comply with regulations and policies.
- Gather and use feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s in Food/Chemical Engineering.
- Prior experience in sales position, preferably in food ingredient and food additives industry.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
