Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities, focusing on automation solutions. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, maintain and grow existing client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the Vietnam market.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in the garment and textile sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and potential customers
Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate, develop, and maintain relationships with garment and textile manufacturers, system integrators, and key industry players.
• Engage with end users and consultants to design and propose suitable solution architectures for customers’ applications.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Development:
• Focus on developing strong connections and applications within the garment and textile industries.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s solutions.
• Map the competition and develop strategies to position the company as a market leader.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales within the automation or machinery sector, with a strong focus on the garment and textile industries is a must.
• Strong connections and application knowledge within the garment and textile industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Chinese or Korean; proficiency in both languages is highly desirable.
• Open to candidates from Chinese, Taiwanese, or Korean backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
