Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager – Aqua Feed will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth of the Aqua Feed product line within the designated territory. This role involves:

• Developing and executing sales strategies
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Working closely with the technical and marketing teams to deliver exceptional value to clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aquaculture, Animal Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the feed industry, preferably in aqua feed.
• Strong understanding of the aquaculture industry and aqua feed products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
