We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Agriculture Chemical and Lubricants Packaging sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the Agriculture Chemical and Lubricants packaging industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Sales Operations:
• Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and drive collaborative initiatives.
Market Expansion:
• Identify and pursue new market segments and geographical areas for business expansion.
• Develop strategies for penetrating new markets and increasing market share.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the Agriculture Chemical and Lubricants packaging industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
