Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify new customers and track market trends.

Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Develop, implement, and monitor sales plans that align with company objectives.

Set targets for the sales team and track individual performance to ensure the achievement of sales goals.

Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely product information.

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues and concerns promptly.

Gain comprehensive knowledge of company products, including their features, advantages, and benefits.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key selling points.

Prepare competitive price quotes for customers and negotiate terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

Manage sales orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.

Track orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Generate regular sales reports, focusing on key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Network with potential customers and industry partners to promote the company’s products and services.

Work closely with production, logistics, and other teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Provide valuable customer feedback to assist in product development and continuous improvement.

Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

Mentor and train junior sales team members, if applicable.

Manage the sales budget and ensure that sales activities align with the allocated budget.

Monitor and control expenses related to sales initiatives.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies.

Provide feedback to management for business enhancement and growth.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Cement, Mining, or Chain Manufacturing industries
- Understanding of Sales and Finance Management.
- Hybrid work location.
- Travel within Vietnam to promote the company.
