Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for handling our sales activities in the region, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Special focus on developing Hydro market and exploring new business avenues
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts and meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive business growth.
- At least five year working experience in power/energy industry/business environment
- Fluency in local language and English.
