The Company: Our client is an iconic Medical Equipment brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy focused on indirect channels (distribution partners, resellers, etc.)

Set and monitor performance targets to achieve revenue, margin, and market share growth

Provide leadership to a small direct sales team while managing key partner relationships

- Channel Development

Identify, onboard, and enable strategic channel partners nationwide

Structure incentives, training, and support frameworks to drive partner success

Create long-term business plans with key partners and ensure alignment with company strategy

- Key Account & Network Engagement

Leverage personal network to open doors with key hospitals, clinics, private chains, and public tenders

Support distributors in technical positioning and relationship building with healthcare decision-makers

- Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and competitive advantage

Coordinate with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to streamline sales operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)

At least 10 years of sales leadership experience in medical devices or healthcare equipment
-
Proven success in channel sales management and scaling partner networks

Deep and active industry network across hospitals, distributors, and regulatory bodies in Vietnam

Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills
-
Proficient in Vietnamese and English

Willingness to travel frequently
