Sales Executive (Hong Kong)

The Company: Our client is a global leader in the field of softwares and machinery offering innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of garment textile fashion factories clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to drive growth in the Hong Kong or Southern China market.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our range of big machines. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of big machine or factory solutions exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. A well-established network in industries such as Garment Textile, Industrial factories, Automation systems etc… is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve measurable targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector, expanding the customer base for big machine or factory solutions.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize product positioning and capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, provide accurate forecasts, and generate regular reports on sales progress and market feedback.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical and engineering teams to address client requirements and ensure optimal solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, Technical, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 experience in Solution sales, preferably within Garment Textile and industrial factories.
- Established network with clients in Garment Textile, Industrial factories, Factory automation….
- Strong understanding of solution sales for big machines and applications within industrial environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and market data to make informed strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
