Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets within the industrial sector.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication and regular interactions.
• Identify new business opportunities and target markets by conducting thorough market research and analysis.
• Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to understand clients’ requirements and provide expert insights into suitable industrial solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients to showcase the features and benefits of our products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and technical documentation that align with clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation, ensuring client expectations are met.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the industrial sector, with a deep understanding of industrial products and solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
