Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in industrial product solutions.
- Identify and engage potential customers, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers in sectors such as manufacturing, energy, and heavy machinery.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of industrial solutions.
- Provide expert consultation on product selection and integration to enhance customer operations.
- Work closely with technical teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering).
- Professional Experience: 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the industrial sector.
- Strong expertise in technical sales, with a solid understanding of industrial products and solutions.
- Strong leadership and business acumen, with excellent communication and networking skills, skilled in negotiating, driving change, and using SAP to manage projects and execute strategies.
