The Company: Our client is a well-known Automotive brand with a long-standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across the Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:

• Establish sales targets for dealership networks and attain these objectives through regular engagement and support of dealership operations.
• Supervise daily sales activities of dealership personnel, administer training programs, and sustain high levels of dealer motivation.
• Conduct frequent visits to dealerships, collaborating with staff to cultivate advanced customer service skills and effectively address customer needs, inquiries, and requests.
• Ensure dealership compliance with inventory standards for both vehicles and parts.
• Oversee dealer adherence to established sales policies and protocols.
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and dealership challenges, providing timely and detailed reports to senior management, including situational assessments, strategic countermeasures, and action plans.
• Ensure dealership compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing automobile sales.
• Perform market analysis in regional dealerships, evaluate competitive landscapes, and forecast potential dealer locations and market demand.
• Develop instructional materials and training programs, define clear learning objectives for dealership personnel, and communicate information in an accessible and comprehensible manner.
• Identify and recruit potential dealership candidates, providing detailed support throughout the dealership establishment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields
• 2 years of working experience in the Automotive service field in the same role
• Customer service, process improvement, planning & analyzing, and developing standards.
