About the Role: Responsible for whole Indonesia sales and marketing activity, including market analysis, making and executing sales strategy, defining target industry and application, technical consulting, daily customer visit and training, customer order and project management, after-sales problem coordination, communication with overseas and MENA expert, realize the continuous sales growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Sales Operations:
- Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and drive
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in Plastic Injection Sales, International background, or mold making preferably
- Excellent negotiation skills to bring high-value contracts.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales metrics and market data to make informed strategic decisions.
- Language: Proficiency in English
