The Company: Our client is an iconic name in the Electronic Trading sector, known for their legacy of excellence and aggressive growth plans across Asia Pacific. With a solid foundation and bold ambitions, they are now seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive their expansion.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver measurable sales results by developing and executing robust sales strategies that directly drive revenue and profitability across the region.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through focused business development, account growth, and opportunity conversion.
- Lead high-value client engagements, managing key accounts with OEMs, EMS, and distribution partners to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities by leveraging data-driven insights, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking.
- Strengthen sales pipelines by building and managing a consistent flow of qualified opportunities, with clear forecasting and win-rate tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, procurement, and operations teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Coach and mentor local sales teams, fostering a high-performance sales culture through KPI-driven leadership and structured performance reviews.
- Represent the company in regional markets at key trade shows, conferences, and client meetings, acting as a strategic ambassador for growth.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics/Business or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in Electronic Trading sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets in a regional or multi-country setting.
- Strong understanding of the component distribution/trading ecosystem and customer procurement cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across the assigned region.
