APAC Internal Auditor (hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of audits, ensuring alignment with established audit standards, plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Supervise and guide audit teams during fieldwork to ensure effective audit delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and operational audits across plants, projects, operations, and systems, following the Internal Audit Plan.
• Present audit findings and propose actionable recommendations to mitigate risk, improve processes, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Participate in special reviews and support additional projects as requested by management.
• Adhere to the department’s Code of Ethics and professional standards.
• Travel at least 30% within the APAC region for audit assignments.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience, ideally in audit/accounting at Big4 or multinational companies.
• Experience in manufacturing is a bonus.
• Fluency in English required; additional East Asian languages (Chinese, Khmer) are a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with decisiveness and assertiveness.
• Team player, open to learning new processes quickly.
